Poster presentation awards
- We are pleased to announce that there are awards for best poster presentations in the TSB2025.
- The winners will be selected from the top 10% of presenters based on poster presentation and Q&A by the committee of each session.
- The awards only be given to students and post-doctoral researchers (≤3 yr after graduation).
- The awards will be announced in the Closing Ceremony session.
- The awardees will receive a certificate and souvenir from the organizer.
Special award for popular poster
- The most popular poster from each poster presentation session (Day 1 and 2) will receive ‘Nong Chuly’ the mascot doll.
- The vote will be obtained from all participants using stickers.
- The numbers of stickers will be counted at the end of each day.
Information for Poster Presentation
- The poster must be in English. The content of the poster should cover title, objectives, methodology, results, discussions and conclusions. The poster board size should not exceed 90 cm width x 120 cm height.
- Accessories (like adhesive tape) for setting up the poster will be provided by the organizer.
- Time for poster attachment will be specified according to presentation code and will be notified both in the congress website and at the congress site.
- Poster presenters are expected to appear in front of their posters during their scheduled sessions.
Information for Oral Presentation Sessions
- Oral presentations are required to be made by PowerPoint, which should be controlled by the speaker. Embed font in PowerPoint or the use of PDF file is recommended for those who use special fonts or characters.
- The oral presentation will be 12 min plus 3 min questions in English. There will be warning signals for the end of your presentation. Please strictly follow the schedule.
- All speakers are required to load and check the files before the presentation.
- A PC-compatible computer and a LCD projector will be provided.
