Submission Guidelines

  1. ONE person can submit only ONE abstract, either for oral or poster presentation. Please note that the abstract submitted for oral presentation may be accepted as a poster presentation, depending on the available time slot.
  2. Note: This restriction does not apply to co-authorship. For example, a professor may have one submission for himself/herself as a presenter and be a co-author on a few other submissions from collaborators and/or students.
  3. Submission of the full paper for publication in conference proceedings or a special issue of partner journal(s) can be made after the acceptance of the abstract is confirmed.
  4. Submission of abstract and full paper must be completed via our online platform by specified deadlines only. Please do not submit by email.
  5. Please use TSB2025 templates and follow our guidelines. Submissions will be rejected or returned if they do not comply with our requirements.
  6. All presenters must register and pay the registration fee by the deadline, otherwise, their abstracts will be automatically withdrawn from the program. One day registration is not accepted for presenter registration.
  7. Accepted abstracts will be available on the TSB2025 website for download prior to the meeting. TSB2025 proceedings containing full papers, however, will be published as in electronic format after the meeting.
     

  • Abstract must be prepared using TSB2025 abstract template. Please do not adjust page margins or other formatting.

  • Abstract must be written in English containing no more than 200 words.

  • Abstract must include two to five keywords and may include one graphic.

  • The dimension must not exceed one A4 page, and the file size must be no more than 1 MB.

  • Name your abstract file as Lastname_Initial_Abstract.docx

Full Paper Submission

Full Paper Submission Guidelines

  1. Full Paper Submission: The submission of a Full Paper is optional for participants.
  2. Invitation to Submit: An invitation to submit your work to TSB 2025 proceedings will be included with the acceptance letter of your abstract. Please use the appropriate templates.
  3. Research and Publication Ethics: Authors must ensure that all studies involving human subjects or animals described in the manuscript adhere to relevant ethical standards. Ethical approval or exemption, as well as a declaration of conflicts of interest, if applicable, must be clearly stated at the end of the manuscript.
  4. Length and File Size: The Full Paper must not exceed four A4 pages, and the file size should not exceed 4 MB.
  5. File Naming Convention: Name your proceeding file as Lastname_Initial_Fullpaper.docx.
